What time can we book into our room ?

Check-in is at 2.30 pm, and if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the reception (as you can also do on the day you check-out).

What time do we have to check-out ?

Check-out is at 11am.

Where can I park my car ?

The "Baudoyer" car park (telephone : 01 42 77 00 38) is just opposite the hotel and they have a special "Hotel" rate. It is open 24h a day, 7 days a week.
There is also the "Lobau" car park, under the City Hall.

What time is breakfast served ?

Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10 am in our lovely cosy lounge. It's a continental breakfast with orange juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, baguettes, croissants, jam...

Can you book me a taxi for the airport ?

Yes of course, just ask at reception. It is best to book the taxi the day before you leave.

Is the hotel adapted for reduced-mobility guests ?

No, unfortunately due to the 19th Century building design, the hotel is not adapted for reduced-mobility guests.

Do you have a babysitting service?

Yes, our partner "BabySitting Services" comes within 2 hours, you can make the request at the reception on request.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, with pleasure, if they are nice and well behaved 😉🐶, please inform the reception when you book.
